Effective upon completion of payment
By completing payment for the Sedona Super Agent Adventure (“Event”), you (“Attendee,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Overview
The Sedona Super Agent Adventure is a one-day event on July 25th, 2026, hosted at 405 Birch Boulevard, Sedona, AZ 86336. The Event includes an AI Super Agent build session, catered meals, a UTV off-road excursion, a group dinner, a swag box, and a post-event group follow-up call. The Event is organized and hosted by The AI Surfer LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Payment & Reservation
The Event fee is $2,800 USD per seat. Payment in full is required to secure your reservation. All payments are final and non-refundable. Reservations are transferable to another individual with written notice to the Company at least 7 days before the Event. The replacement attendee must agree to these same terms.
3. OpenClaw Super Agent Setup — Scope of Service
The Event includes setup and configuration of an OpenClaw Super Agent on a virtual private server (VPS), including skill and memory configuration, messaging platform connection, onboarding guidance, Agent Command Kit Pro software, and one group follow-up call within two weeks of the Event.
By attending, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) This service covers setup, configuration, and guidance only. It does not constitute ongoing support, maintenance, managed hosting, or any continuing obligation by the Company after the follow-up call.
b) You are solely responsible for your own accounts, API keys, passwords, credentials, devices, integrations, third-party subscriptions, and ongoing use of the system after the Event.
c) While reasonable care and industry best practices are followed during setup, the Company is not responsible for third-party platform issues, service outages, API changes, account compromises, security incidents, data loss, or damages resulting from your use, storage of credentials, modification of the system, or external integrations.
d) The Company makes no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, revenue generation, cost savings, or any specific business outcome resulting from the Super Agent or any software provided.
e) Any API costs, VPS hosting fees, subscription fees, or third-party service charges incurred through your use of the Super Agent after the Event are your sole responsibility.
f) The Agent Command Kit Pro software is provided as-is for your personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the software, training materials, or proprietary methods is prohibited without written consent from the Company.
4. Assumption of Risk — UTV Excursion & Physical Activities
The Event includes a UTV (Utility Terrain Vehicle) off-road excursion through the Sedona red rock terrain. By completing payment and attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity, including but not limited to:
a) Risk of bodily injury, disability, paralysis, death, emotional distress, property damage, or loss resulting from participation in the UTV excursion, hiking, outdoor activities, or any other physical activity during the Event.
b) Risks inherent to off-road vehicle operation, including rough terrain, uneven surfaces, steep grades, dust, heat, wildlife encounters, weather changes, mechanical failure, and the actions of other participants or third-party guides.
c) Risks associated with the Sedona desert environment in late July, including extreme heat, high UV exposure, dehydration, monsoon storms, lightning, flash flooding, and altitude-related effects.
You represent that you are physically capable of participating in the planned activities and that you have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. If you have any health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult a physician before attending.
5. Waiver & Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue The AI Surfer LLC, its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, partners, co-hosts, volunteers, sponsors, and any other person or entity associated with the planning, organization, or execution of the Event (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, expenses (including attorneys’ fees), and liabilities of any kind, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with your attendance at or participation in the Event, including but not limited to:
a) Personal injury, illness, or death.
b) Property damage, theft, or loss.
c) Claims arising from the UTV excursion, transportation, meals, venue conditions, or any other Event activity.
d) Claims arising from the use, misuse, or failure of the OpenClaw Super Agent, Agent Command Kit Pro, or any software, tools, or systems configured during the Event.
e) Claims arising from interactions with other attendees, third-party vendors, guides, or service providers.
This waiver and release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Arizona and shall be interpreted accordingly.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Event, your breach of these terms, your negligent or wrongful conduct, or your use of any systems or software provided at the Event.
7. Photo, Video & Media Release
You grant the Company and its affiliates the right to photograph, film, and record your likeness, voice, and participation during the Event, and to use such media for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes without additional compensation, approval, or notification. If you do not wish to appear in media, it is your responsibility to notify the Company in writing before the Event.
8. Venue, Meals & Third-Party Services
The Company arranges venue access, catered meals, UTV excursions, and group dinner through third-party providers. The Company is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or failures of any third-party vendor, restaurant, venue owner, UTV rental operator, or guide. Any complaints regarding third-party services should be directed to the applicable provider.
9. Event Modifications & Cancellation
The Company reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, itinerary, activities, venue, or format at any time for any reason, including weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event the Company cancels the Event entirely, attendees will receive a full refund of the Event fee. The Company is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by attendees in connection with the Event.
10. Conduct
The Company reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event without refund for disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behavior, at the sole discretion of the Company or its representatives.
11. Health & Safety
You acknowledge that the Event takes place in a desert environment at approximately 4,350 feet elevation during summer monsoon season. You are responsible for your own hydration, sun protection, physical preparedness, and awareness of your personal health limitations. The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure a safe environment but is not responsible for health incidents resulting from the natural environment, heat, dehydration, or pre-existing conditions.
12. Confidentiality
During the Event, you may be exposed to proprietary methods, strategies, software configurations, or business information belonging to the Company or other attendees. You agree not to disclose, share, or use such information for competitive purposes without express written permission.
13. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the total liability of The AI Surfer LLC and the Released Parties exceed the amount of the Event fee paid by you ($2,800 USD). In no event shall the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Event shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The AI Surfer LLC regarding the Event. No oral or written statements outside of these terms shall modify or supplement this agreement unless signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
17. Acknowledgment
By completing payment for the Sedona Super Agent Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions set forth above. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into this agreement.
